Personality:

Purity is a very serene person who rarely ever seems ruffled by anything and always seems to be smiling. They're very kind and a good listener, having a charisma to them that tends to draw others to them and incite trust. They're also playful though and have a mischievous streak, known to tease and play tricks on people they like. They feel very strongly about human rights issues, and the only time people ever see them angry is when they feel someone is being treated unfairly on that basis. They're incredibly protective of people they care for, and are willing to go out of their way to make sure said people are safe.

Biography:

Purity no longer remembers much of their life before they ascended. They were at one point a regular human, who was orphaned as a baby and spent most of their life in the foster system. Being trans was incredibly hard for them during this time, and they were often treated badly on account of both their transness and their bad mental health.

What they do remember is that when they were an adult, going through the motions, they met a mysterious stranger. While at first they were just another person, the two of them fell in love after continuing to see each other, and it turned out the other one was an angel in disguise. Eventually he had to return to the heavens, but before leaving he presented Purity with an angelic blessing, transforming them in hopes that it would help them live a happier life.

Ever since then, Purity has been entirely different. They are capable of switching between two different forms, traversing between spiritual realms, and utilizing smaller abilities such as invisibility and telepathy. They've since used this to live an existence as a spiritual being, occassionally meeting earthly beings and trying to present them with a bit of happiness like their own angel once did. They often take guardianship over people they're fond of, and have even fallen in love with someone like they did many years before.
